Small Groups
Small groups (6-12 people) meet weekly as a means of allowing the congregation to shepherd and disciple each other, within the bounds of pastoral oversight (Eph. 4:11-13). These groups are really where real disciple-making takes place as we learn to love one another in the real details of our shared lives.
Small groups are where we help each other discover our gifts and place of service at Red Cedar.
And these groups serve as an on ramp for missional activity: encouraging and training each other to cultivate relationships with those in need outside of Red Cedar.
