What To Expect

We are a group of people who gather to learn about and serve Jesus Christ, his gospel-message, and his mission.

The people of Red Cedar are multi-generational coming from several of the eastern section of the Lansing area. We first met as a church over 25 years ago.

Our worship service is a mix of instrumentation and voice (both contemporary and traditional) celebrating Christ, Community, and Mission.

People dress up or come in casual attire. Our desire is that everyone who comes whether seeking a church home, just visiting, or never having entered a church would feel welcomed here, in a place where Christ and all who desperately need him, gather.

Red Cedar Kids

Our Red Cedar Kid’s team oversees nursery through middle school. Through first-class curriculum, screening of our teachers, and family-oriented events we expose kids to Christ, Community & Mission.  See more >>

Nursery

We offer child care Sunday morning for infants to 3-year olds. Our childcare is a safe and secure environment headed up by Wendy Lippe who has been a school teacher for 13 years and admits: children are her passion.
